Returns Policy

1. Damaged goods / Faulty goods

Please refer to our terms and conditions.

2. Unwanted goods / Goods ordered in error

- Please advise us within 5 working days of delivery that you wish make a return. We can not authorise returns at a later date and can not accept returns without authorisation.

- We will contact you within 3 working days of return to arrange a refund of the original cost of goods not including carriage [if applicable] and a maximum 15% handling charge.

- Goods must be returned at the customer's expense in original, undamaged condition.

- We recommend that goods be returned via a method by which a proof of delivery can be obtained.
